Betterfelt.com is specializing in handmade woolen felt. All our products are made from 100% pure natural and uncarbonized wool. Wool is insulating light, durable and sustainable. Wool can absorb ten times more moist than in example polyester. This is why wool will keep your feet warm and dry. No other fiber can be bent as much as wool without breaking, and it even can be stretched and retract to its original form. You will experience how your shoes will shape after your feet, that you have bought a pair of very strong slippers, and that you will find it hard to do without them for a very long time. Our wool is still containing lanolin, which is a natural coating of each fiber, protecting it from dust and bad smell. If we dye our wool, we are doing it by dyes that are free of azo amines and any chemicals banned by EU or Danish Law. The hide we use are tanned by Chrome according to the same high standard of EU and Danish law.

This product is designed by Thomas Glerup. The focus is always sustainable products in functional and classic design. He is working to combine this ancient technique of felting a pure natural material like wool with his well-known Nordic tradition for design and modern Western production techniques. Long ago man discovered the unique qualities of wool for wearing on our skin. A knowledge our modern western culture almost forgot and dismissed in advantage for inferior synthetic materials, that even stresses our environment. Payment

As a private customer, you are only able to pay for your goods with credit card. This method of payment is covered by the opposition system.

Damage or defects
Betterfelt.com has a strict quality control, but errors may occur. If you receive a delivery with any defects, we will repair or exchange your item. Another opportunity is to get the price refunded, depending on the extent of the defect.

According to Consumer Contracts customers have a 2-year warranty on manufacturing and material defects from the day you receive the item. Damage to the product caused by improper use of it or normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.

When shopping through betterfelt.com`s online shop, you have 30 day of Right to Withdraw and Exchange the goods from the day you receive them. Meaning you can receive the package, pack the items out and see if they are as expected and the size fits.

Terms of using the Right of Withdrawal or Exchange
The goods are sent to betterfelt.com in the same condition and quantity as on delivery. This includes that the goods must be unused and in original packaging. It is not required that the packaging is unbroken.

The goods can be paid with Danish Kroner (DKK) or Euros (€). The Danish translated webpage only accepts payment in Danish Kroner (DKK), and the English translate webpage only accepts payment in Euros (€).

VAT
All costs are including 25% VAT.

Delivery method
The delivery date shown on the order confirmation is approximate. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the exact delivery date.

Your order is shipped by Post Danmark, the day your order is processed. Packages which cannot be delivered by the postman can be collected at the nearest post office within the following 7 days.

If you do not collect the package at the post office within the 7 days, we regard it as if you take advantage of your right to withdraw. The costs for returning the package will be charged/deducted towards you.
